Our price to winterize a 10 zone system is 35% less then the closest respectable irrigation company. The cost to winterize your sprinkler system is as low as $49.50 if you can arrange with a next door or across the street neighbor to have theirs done at the same time. We may already have winterized your neighbors system in the past. Call us and we can check our database for scheduling. The $49.50 rate applies to you and your neighbor. Take an additional $10.00 off your cost for each additional new referral beyond you and your neighbor. Or $10.00 off for any new customer you referred this year (we can check our records). Regular costs are $57.95 per system. Rates are good up to 10 zones per system. Systems with more than 10 zones will be charged an additional $4.00 per zone. After Dec 10th the minimum charge is $75.00 plus $4.00 per zone in execess of 10.

Simply call us to set up a time and we will be there as scheduled. Under rare conditions we may be running late, if so, we use cell phones to call and let you know. As in the past we will be using a 185 cfm high volume air compressor set to 65 psi. The high volume compressor allows us to remove the water quickly while keeping the pressure low so pipes and sprinkler heads are not damaged. To keep our charges low we use sprinkler remotes which allows us to advance from zone to zone from anywhere on the property. The remote must attach to your sprinkler controller. For commercial properties this usually is not a problem, however residential customers’ controllers are usually located in garages. So arrangements need to be made to access your controller.
